Right of withdrawal

Please note: the following right of withdrawal solely applies to private consumers at the exclusion of commercial customers.

Withdrawal policy

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier, whom you have authorised, take physical possession of the goods.

In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us

of your decision to withdraw from this agreement by means of an explicit statement (e.g. by means of a postal letter, a fax or an email). For this purpose, you may use this sample withdrawal form, but are not obligated to do so.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (at the exclusion of additional costs incurred by you choosing a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery provided by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. In any event, you will not be charged any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have either received the goods you returned or you have supplied evidence of having returned the goods, depending on whichever reaches us at the earliest point in time.

You must return the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you inform us of your withdrawal from this contract. The withdrawal period is observed if you return the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.

You will be charged with the direct cost of returning the goods.
