Made of specially selected raw materials from Southern Germany. Traditional chrome tanning. Drum dyeing and drum waterproofing. Particularly noteworthy are the waterproofing of the entire cross section of the calfkins, as well as the natural state of the calfskins, as they are solely treated with aniline, i.e. without any finish. The appearance depends on the particular models: greasy touch, silk-matt, and transparent effect, as well as fully round feel. The thickness is between 1.8-2.0, and 2-2.2 mm.
The production of this product takes place in Germany from the start. The tanning process is therefore subject to strict German environmental policies concerning waste water, exhaust air, and waste. All regulations of this tannery are properly met.
